HELP FROM OTHER BLOGS.
So before I started this I ate terribly. I wasnt conscious of what I was eating and just ate and ate and ate because i could, and because i was bored. So once I learned I needed to lose weight I automatically cut back on snacking
Now, I try to stay away from white breads/pastas/flour, candy, full fatted dairy products, cheese all together (i think things taste just as good without it), and i try not to drink my calories. Like juices or iced tea or lemonade. Water water water (:
as far as exercise goes, i do a variety of crunches every day. and i dance 5 days a week. But for crunches i do butterfly(aka diamond)crunches, side crunches where i drop my knees to the side but keep my torso straight, twists where i balance on my but and twist my torso, and when i lay on my back and drop my legs slowly to 6inches off the ground, hold, repeat.
